Southeastern Livestock Pavilion Complex hosting trade shows, Rodeos and other horse
related events. Jointly owned by Marion County and the
Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Affairs this
facility offers more than 200 stalls, an auditorium with
seating for 800 and a grandstand for an audience of more

CFCC - Central Florida Community College The local College together with the Florida
University, Gainesville, offers a wide array of study
programs in Equine Science. Besides the academic courses
CFCC also offers non-credit courses in horse care (basic,

the 53,000 acre Goethe State Forest about 30 miles west of
Ocala, Fl. The Center offers carriage
driving, endurance riding, dressage riding and hundreds of

Florida Horse Park Since 2004 the long-planned project Florida Horse
Park actually came to life. Now the Park hosts a variety of
dressage, eventing and polo events. The 500 acre complex is
located just next to the Florida Cross Country Greenways and
easily accessible from Parking at the Land Bridge Trailhead.

Florida Cross Country Greenways The Marjorie Harris Carr Cross Country Greenways is
crossing Central-Florida in 110 mile stretch from the Gulf
of Mexico to St. Johns River in the East. It's the state's
premier greenway and offers hundreds of miles of trails for
hiking, biking and of course for horse back riding. One of
the landmarks is the Greenway Land Bridge, a landscaped
overpass that connects East and West side of the Greenways,
